315 Seconds to Better Golf ™ is a system of five sequences lasting 315 seconds (that’s a little over 5 minutes for all of you math challenged) that you can do at different times of the day.  Your goal is to try to get in as many of the sequences as you can everyday. Yes, EVERYDAY! 

You don’t have to do them all, but you have no excuse to at least get one of them in on a daily basis.  I made it easy to be able to fit the sequences in by putting them at different times of the day.
